An Giang University was established in 2000 in Long Xuyên, An
Giang province in the Mekong Delta. Prof. Vơ Ṭng Xuân,
rector of the university, approached VHI to request support for
the students of families with hardship . Thanks to generous
donors, we are able to fulfill the dream of 4 honor students
with full scholarships, renewable annually until graduation as
long as the students show good academic performance. Two
students major in biology and chemistry education, one in social
science and one in aquaculture.
